Every 1995 piece is made just for you, so please allow a little extra time compared to ordering something off a shelf - good things take a moment.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your order is placed, we typically need 3-7 working days to prepare it before it ships. During busier periods (launches, restocks), this may take slightly longer - we'll always aim to keep you updated.
SHIPPING TIMES
- Europe (Germany, Netherlands, and other EU countries): 3-7 working days after processing
- United Kingdom: 3-7 working days after processing
- South Africa: currently only available via our "ZA Waitlist" - see below
- Rest of world: 3-7 working days after processing
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight - so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay, with nothing hidden.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For our EU and UK customers, we've built VAT and customs duties directly into our prices - what you see at checkout is what you pay, with no surprise charges on delivery.
SOUTH AFRICA
Due to South Africa's high import duties on individually shipped clothing, we're currently building toward bulk shipments to keep costs fair. Join our "ZA Waitlist" to be first in line once this is ready - no payment required now.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, once a package leaves our hands, delivery is out of our control. If your order seems significantly delayed, reach out to us at [your support email] and we'll help track it down.
